![]() ![]() Our group checked in for a 2-day stay in the 2-bedroom suite. Much needs to be done with check-in-possibly more staff. We do understand early check-in is not guaranteed-however after being told a room was being prepared we planned our time accordingly. VERY VERY disappointing first experience in a room that was supposed to be premier. I will say housekeepings response was prompt and they fixed it while we were out to dinner to not disrupt us. Upon check-in in we found our Jacuzzi was not functioning properly. ![]() ![]() We noted at this hour, only 3 people were staffed at the front desk and check-in line was at least 30 people deep. After several checks to the desk and differing stories on room availability, we finally were checked in hours later- just after 5 PM only after waiting 40 minutes in the line for room key pick up. We planned our day according to this and did not venture too far. When we checked with registration, we were advised a room was open but being cleaned by housekeeping-a call was made in front of us and we were advised it could be ready in the next hour or so. We arrived just before noon and found no lines at check-in. I was, however, very disappointed with the check in process. We were very impressed with how large it was and how well it accommodated our group. ![]()
